Best 2 stealth-action games you can play now

If you have to chose just two action-adventure stealth video games to play right now, what they will be? I thought long and hard at this question, as I am a fan of the genre, and I come out with my favorite stealth-action games. One is a rather old video game, I chose it because it is amazing in so many ways, with a fantasy world and unmatched replayability. The other is rather difficult, a Souls-like video game, placed in a virtual Feudal Japan. I am talking about Dishonest 2 and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. These are my top two picks for the stealth-action video games. Both games have received multiple awards and nominations and rank high on almost all tops of the genre.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

Sekiro Shadows Die Twice is a Souls-like steath-action video game for those who want to be challenged to the maximum. It is a hard video game, as all Souls games are. Still, Sekiro is beautiful detailed and provides a nice combat. I think this is the most digestible and far-reaching implementation/explanation of a FromSoftware's mechanics. Players will have a psychological reaction to their failure, but each one will react differently. Those who have grit, will come again and again, progressing and fighting the difficulties. Others will not be so happy with the game and they will abandon it.  By not having that knowledge base, it will probably be easier for new players to grasp the systems in Sekiro, and while this is just a hypothesis, I'd imagine players who start on Sekiro would find the Dark Souls games and Bloodborne a bit simpler compared to this one. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has some of the most engaging and viscerally satisfying sword combat of any video game released in the last five years. Stealth plays a role and you should plan your strategy making the most of it. I would recommend Sekiro to all players that enjoy stealth action-adventure games and do not run away from a difficult fight.

Dishonest 2

Dishonest 2 is instead about the joy of playing. It is a game that emphasis the stealth a lot, basically if you make use of combat more than necessary, you will have to face a more chaotic world, with more plague and more enemies. So stealth is at the center of the gameplay strategy. In this sense, maybe Dishonest 2 is a full stealth-action video game. The story is amazing, graphic enchanting, but probably the best thing will be the level-design, with unique game mechanics belonging to each level, and variations according to the chosen playable character. Indeed, Dishonest 2 has two playable and non-switchable characters. You will chose one in the beginning, and you will go to the end with it. They are Emily and Corvo. Both Emily and Corvo work excellently in a stealth style or violent playthrough, despite their distinct supernatural abilities. The main adversary is a witch, so what can be more interesting in a fantasy game? Because you chose one or the other, you will encounter a different storyline for each of the characters. You also have split abilities and powers. The weapons and character development, both take the road of individual development. The result is one of the best stealth-action games of all times.

Dishonest 2

There are other stealth games that you may consider. Probably among the best and most recognized are those of the Assassin's Creed franchise. Assassin's Creed Valhala and Assassin's Creed Origins are among the best. Ghost of Tsushima is another Japanese-style stealth video game. The PC owners may be in love with Hitman 3, another top stealth-action video game. What would you chose?
