Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled fun and faithful remake

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is one of the best xbox and ps4 racing games ever published for consoles. The remake of one of the best kart racers during the original PlayStation era, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled brings back all the good times from before along with some extras from its sequel, Crash Nitro Kart and Crash Tag Team Racing. CTR Nitro-Fueled is developed by Beenox and released by Activision. The game come out on 2019 for all major game consoles: xbox one, ps4 and switch.
On paper, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled offers a load of stuff to do. We believe this to be one of the best ps4 games, as mentioned, and for good reason. Adventure Mode will take most players a solid 10-or-so hours to get through, and once you’re done that, there’s tons of extra stuff to collect, time trials, Battle Mode, and online play. Aside from including the adventure mode and all the tracks of the first game, Beenox has also done the pleasure of including most of the tracks and karts from Crash Nitro Kart, and even some characters from Crash Tag Team Racing.
But Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled doesn’t simply include the original CTR racetracks, instead encompassing the neon-clad courses of Crash Nitro Kart and karts from Crash Tag Team Racing. There are very fair criticisms to be directed at the games obvious borrowing from games such as Mario Kart and Diddy Kong Racing, but this will not stop you to have great fun with the game. For those that could not care less about an adventure style mode in their kart racer, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled also has typical offline racing options for single or multiplayer. It is one of the ps4 games that can be played mutiplayer (up to 8 players) locally or over the internet.
The tracks can be punishing and the items may infuriate you, but once you take the time to slowly master the mechanics, winning a race in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled feels way more rewarding than winning in any other kart racer currently on the market. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled received “generally favorable” reviews, according to review aggregator Metacritic. Critics praised the graphics, tight controls, massive amount of content and faithfulness to the original racing games, though it was criticized for its high difficulty curve and issues with online play on the PlayStation 4 version of the game.
Despite some occasional random difficulty spikes and a disappointing lack of Nitro Kart courses, the adventure mode serves as the highlight of the offerings in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled with nearly every race or challenge rewarding the player with at least one new customization option. When it come to buying cheap ps4 games online, CTR Nitro-Fueled should be considered. It is a very entertaining game for kids and adults, a true family videogame.
Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled PS4 is a great kart racer, even if we have been spoiled by Mario Kart 8. It looks fantastic, the majority of the tracks are great and local/online modes work better than I would have thought. It supports split-screen/online and it is a strong esports candidate with scheduled events and competitions. Featuring an expanded adventure mode, impressively detailed recreations of tracks, well-tuned and chaotic racing gameplay and extensive customization options, Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled is a fun and faithful aggregation of some of the strongest elements from the arcade racing series.
