Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled a successful racing game remake

Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled, a remake of Crash Team Racing that also includes all the tracks and characters from the lesser known PS2 game, Crash Nitro Kart. With the recent release of Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled, Team Sonic Racing, and the continued dominance of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, gamers are officially living in a kart racing renaissance. It is amazing to have such good quality xbox one and ps4 racing games available.
The PlayStation 4 version of Nitro-Fueled includes exclusive skins for Crash, Coco and Cortex based on their polygonal appearances in the original Crash Team Racing, along with additional low-poly karts and a retro-themed bonus track. The launch roster of playable characters in Nitro-Fueled includes all the racers featured in Crash Team Racing and Crash Nitro Kart, totaling 26. This includes characters who previously only appeared as boss opponents.


Nitro-Fueled also adds a substantial amount of content from Crash Nitro Kart, including all of its characters, race tracks, battle arenas, karts and battle modes. It's got the original story mode, tracks, and characters from Crash Team Racing; characters, karts and tracks from 2003's Crash Nitro Kart; and character skins and karts from 2005's Crash Tag Team Racing. The original Crash Team Racing ” hit in 1999 on the PlayStation and was so popular that the Naughty Dog developed title spurred a sequel of sorts in Crash Nitro Kart,” which hit the Game Boy Advance, GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and of course, the N-Gage in 2003.
Crash Team Racing was originally released on the PlayStation 1 in 1999 and, rather than being farmed out to a lesser developer, was by series creators Naughty Dog - now better known for Uncharted and The Last Of Us. It came out several years after Mario Kart 64, with the next home console Mario Kart being Double Dash!! Zipes Crash Team Racing is a racing game in which the player controls characters from the Crash Bandicoot universe, most of whom compete in karts. Crash racing games never really let players customise their characters or karts… Until now. This is something new within ps4 and xbox one racing games.
After hours of racing and countless moments raging, Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled felt at home with the younger version of me. Sure, we live in a different time now with online multiplayer but this game will somehow still manage to be that one we all play when we need some split screen goodness in our lives. Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled also has a multiplayer mode where you can create online lobbies with friends, add bots and set up matches across the many arcade modes including the battles and races. First teased in December 2018, and now on its way to players, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is a completely re-imagined version of the beloved 90's racing game.
Nitro-Fueled boasts tight, responsive controls, although some of the game's mechanics take some getting used to. Crash Team Racing offered groundbreaking powerslide physics when it first came out, but they lack the satisfying weight of more recent kart racers. At E3 2019 I played a lot of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, tackling four tracks - the classic muddy motocross-inspired track Tiny Arena, the Crash-Nitro-Kart-inspired Jungle Boogie and Thunderstruck, and the all-new desert-themed Twilight Tour (we'll get to that one in a second). Online Servers will have Voice Chat in certain Video Game Consoles, for example, you aren't able to chat in the Nintendo Switch Version of the game, which I play on. In conclusion, i honestly think that CTR: Nitro-Fueled is a good family videogame and racing video game for ps4 and xbox one.
