F1 2020 Game Review: Start your Engines

 F1 2020 is the best racing video game of the year. The classic franchise come out with this year's rooster, drivers, cars, and tracks. Also it brings some new game mode in the managerial area that complements the great racing gameplay. It is a game for diehard fans, fans of Formula One, fans of car sims, but it is a game attractive to newbies as well, that may have the computer assist them in several aspects. We had the chances to play this game on our PlayStation console, and we were delighted! I am not saying this lightly: this is among the most amazing ps4 racing games ever.
F1 2020 features the new game mode ‘My Team' allowing players to create their Formula One team (in the format of a driver-manager) who will race alongside other teams in the 2020 season. While Career Mode and the newly introduced MyTeam will no doubt be the place where F1 2020 players spend the bulk of their time with the game, as is always the case with F1 entries, there will be plenty of ancillary secondary modes to enjoy as well. While Driver Career and My Team modes offer deeply involving Formula One campaign options, outside of all that you'll find all of the usual modes and stuff, including one-off Grand Prix races and the always-compulsive Time Trial mode, where trimming hundredths of a second off a lap time is cause for celebration (and a slightly higher place on the leaderboards). For 2020, Formula 2 will be fully integrated into Career Mode, allowing you to choose from a full, half-season and a three-race challenge option Players will initially have access to the 2019 F2 season, with the 2020 season coming later this year as a free update.
So much so that drivers were racing different specification cars for a few races until they figured out what was up. Maybe this is stretching things too far but it just doesn't feel right to be able to hop into one of the back of the pack's cars in your first F1 season and promptly dump it in the top ten or higher. The game has much the same set-up as last year - only with the absence of the largely forgettable ‘story' element to the career mode - offering the option to test your skills in single races, across several championships (including F2, with several variants on the season), along with other challenge events, weekly events and the Time Trials where you look to master every track. It is great to see F1 2020, even with the current pandemic keeping for long Formula One at bay, one of the new ps4 games that we enjoyed over the years.
F1 2020 will be adding a huge new mode for players to try out named My Team, which allows players to establish their own unique F1 team that can then be played against all of F1 2020's licensed teams It's the best way for players to self-insert themselves into a full F1 season, both as a manager and as a driver at the same time. You can buy F1 2020 Deluxe Schumacher Edition PS4, the full featured, more expensive version of the game for PlayStation, or you can buy the standard version, namely to buy F1 2020 Seventy Edition PS4. Its presence adds a clever intro, with a modicum of narrative thrust, to the headline Career mode: to earn your seat in Formula One, you must complete a truncated version of F2's 2018 season, competing for the title with two other (fictional) drivers, a surprisingly entertaining rivalry that plays out on track and in cutscenes. Codemasters hasn't revealed much about the My Team mode just yet, though it appears that players will be able to create their own custom F1 cars and liveries, and race them against the established pros. Categorically one of the ps4 games expected, F1 2020 does not disappoint.
The game features the 2019 cars and drivers from Formula 2 at launch, with the 2020 season set to be added in down the line. This builds on the career mode feature from F1 2019 where drivers could move around between teams from season to season, but now you're a more active participant in this, bidding for drivers and not just taking up a seat. Should be interesting to spend time in each season and work my way up to 2020 to see how the cars/teams have changed in the sport, along with how Codemasters evolves (or devolves in some cases) the series over time. Some cheap ps4 games to buy may be better, but F1 2020 is the best of the best.
