Until Dawn the most tense horror experiences in a video game

Until Dawn is an interesting survival horror video game developed by Supermassive Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment exclusively for PlayStation 4 on 25 August 2015. It is an interactive drama that emulates horror movies and breathes horror on every level. It may not be everybody's cop of tea, buy if you are a fan of slasher movies, this is probably the best video game creation you will find, despite the game was release mid-2015. Until Dawn will provide a non-traditional gaming experience that you may enjoy partaking to the adventure - one of the few ps4 games of this kind. I could not recommend more this beautiful video game.
The simplest way of describing Until Dawn without in any way spoiling it, is to say that if you like Quantic Dream's games and think the idea of that style mixed with an I Know What You Did Last Summer” or Scream” style narrative would be good, you're probably going to really dig it. It's a hugely cinematic experience that boils down to asking you to move, pick things up, and complete QTE events, but its player choice is so dramatic that you'll really want to play through it multiple times to see what happens should you choose differently. Despite the lack of technical advancements, I put Until Dawn in the best ps4 games category. I like the storytelling and the gameplay, but the atmosphere it creates is probably the most attracting thing to me.
Another touted feature is the butterfly effect, where the idea of certain choices alter and change the path or outcome the characters are on. It's interesting as there is a lot of variation of dialog, scenes, and moments that a player can completely miss depending on their choice. Until Dawn is the epitome of the cheesy horror genre, it's like the characters in the story have never in their lives seen a horror movie, the concept of fear or making rational decisions based on their surroundings just never seems to factor in. This unfortunately is not indicative to only this game but pretty much all horror movies I have ever seen.
The graphics are breathtakingly gorgeous, the atmosphere is tense and full of suspense, the characters/the whole setting/story are very well done and something I can relate to and although its more "movie" than "game" its extremely well crafted and enjoyable, even for others around that just watch the player. It is a very good with a great cinematic storytelling, but it also has a very good price. When you are looking for cheap ps4 games to buy, try to pick up Until Dawn - you will not regret it.
Despite feeling more like a movie than a typical video game, where you have no real identity within the actual game world since those characters on screen aren't supposed to be you, the way that Until Dawn shapes its events around your decisions adds a greater degree of personal attachment to its horror, as opposed to certain other games where you're more of a spectator witnessing horrific things happening to other people. The game is absolutely brilliant, one of the best and most tense horror experiences we've seen in a video game. I definitely recommend you to buy Until Dawn ps4 video game.
